Roll Up Banners are Printed on 440gm "SoFlat Frontlit" material. This is a strong durable material that will not curl, which will allow for many uses. The banner is printed with eco-solvent ink.
This A3 Desktop Up Banner is 420 x 297mm.
Artwork should be supplied in a size of 520 x 97mm. The extra 100mm at the bottom retracts into the mechanism.
Please do not place any text in this area, as it will not be visible, you can let your background colour or image bleed into this area for a nice finish, but please do not put any text here - as this area gradually disappears into the stand mechanism.
Ideally we would receive a PDF file with 3mm bleed and trim marks.
Roll Up Banners are printed, and fixed to the banner mechanism by PrintStuff. Your banner will come with a carry case and the pole required to hold the banner erect. The banner can be un-hooked from the pole, and retracted back into the mechanism, and the pole folds down, and both items fits snugly into a carry case for easy transport.
Roll Up Banners don't tend to need lamination. However, for extra durability and to prevent any scratches over a pro-longed time (if you intend on using the banner long term), then you can choose the product Laminated Roll Up Banner.
Roll Up Banners can be printed in various shapes and sizes, but they will be fitted to a retractable banner mechanism, so they are limited to the size of retractable banner mechanisms. Each banner product has its own product page, feel free to browse the website.

These prices are for Same Day Turnaround, which means if ordered today, they will be ready today for collection before we close, or alternatively can be shipped using our overnight parcel delivery service. You will be provided a tracking number if you choose this option. There is a cut off time of 1pm for same day collection and overnight shipping to avail of the same day service.

Guidelines for Preparing Print-Ready Files
When preparing your design files for printing, it’s crucial to understand the concepts of Safe Area, Print Area, and Bleed Area. These zones ensure that your artwork fits properly and appears as expected once printed. By following these steps, you'll avoid issues like cut-off content or unintended white borders around your design.
Safe Area
The Safe Area is where all critical design elements—such as text, logos, and important graphics—should be positioned. This zone guarantees that these elements will remain visible after the trimming process. We recommend that you keep a 5mm buffer inside the Print Area to prevent any important content from being accidentally cut off. This ensures that everything important stays intact, no matter how the paper is trimmed.
Print Area
This is the final size of your product after trimming. The Print Area outlines where your design will be cut and defines the product's finished dimensions. Avoid placing crucial content too close to this area, as it may be cropped during the trimming process. Backgrounds and other visual elements should extend beyond the Print Area to fill out the final product completely.
Bleed Area
The Bleed Area is the outermost edge of your design, extending beyond the actual cut line. It ensures that background colors, images, or patterns fully cover the page without any unwanted white borders after trimming. To achieve a full-bleed effect, extend your artwork at least 3mm beyond the edges of your Print Area to ensure smooth, edge-to-edge coverage without any gaps.
Why Outlining Fonts Is Important
Converting your text to outlines is a key step for ensuring your fonts are displayed correctly across all devices and printers. When you outline your fonts, the text becomes part of the artwork, eliminating font compatibility issues and avoiding any licensing problems. This also helps ensure the design will be printed exactly as you see it on screen, with no surprises during the printing process.
